Etsuko Kobira Rutz
Etsuko Kobira Rutz obtained her education in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage in England. She worked in complementary therapy clinics in central London for 7 years before she moved to Chicago in 2007. She is now licensed as a massage therapist in the state of Illinois and a member of the AMTA. She is also involved in the education of Massage and Aromatherapy and served as an active council member for the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA - Headquarter in England) from 2002 - 2005. She is also an international examiner of the IFA.
About the Instructor
Ellen Soloway
Ellen Soloway, Feldenkrais Practitioner, completed her training with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in August 1983 and is an assistant trainer working at training programs throughout the world. Until recently her private practice was based in New Orleans. Now she travels works regularly in Chicago and Atlanta. She edited many original source materials taught by Dr. Feldenkrais including the eleven volumes of the Alexander Yanai lessons. After graduation Ellen continued to study with Senior Teachers, Mia Segal, Yochanon Rywervant, Gaby Yaron, and Anat Baniel. Her practice of over twenty years includes special interests in working with disabled children, performers, and people suffering with chronic pain.
